While our shop already has several OEM certifications that include electric models, we have decided to become one of the first Electric Vehicle-dedicated collision centers in the Greater Knoxville area. We have begun integrating EVs into our regular repair process, which means our staff has undergone rigorous training programs with manufacturers to differentiate ourselves as EV specialists. Electric Vehicles require special training, equipment and extra attention to repairs, and we take this responsibility seriously with dedicated workspaces, charging stations, and specialized equipment. In addition to maintaining training year-round, we also boast a dedicated diagnostic specialist to handle all EV scans and calibrations.
